The product is lactoperoxidase. It is a Soluble protein isolate from spray-dried bovine
milk powder, extracted by ion exchange chromatography.

In the product lactoperoxidase, the enzymatic activity is conserved in the
powder. Bacteriostatic effects can be achieved
by means of the LP-system.

The product can be ordered with a minimum order size of 5 kg.
